How Gaming Generations, Inc. and its affiliates (“GG”) collect, use, and share information when you use this site.
1. Introduction
Gaming Generations, Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “GG”) respect your privacy. This policy describes how we may collect, use, and share personal information when you use this website (the “Service”), including gg2.xngd.gg and related Gaming Generations pages.
By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with this policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable law. The Service is hosted in the United States. If you do not consent, do not use the Service.
2. How we collect and use information
We do not collect personal information unless you create an account, submit a form, or use the Service for a specific event. Event personal information stays private and is deleted after the event is completed. We use reasonable security measures against unauthorized access.
Financial information. Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. We do not receive, store, or share card numbers.
Third parties. We may receive non-personal information from third-party services you connect. Review those privacy settings before linking them.
Analytics, cookies, and logs. We may measure traffic and usage with cookies and log files (browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs). We do not share personally identifiable information for analytics. You can refuse cookies in your browser; some features may not work.
We don’t share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your prior consent.
3. How we may share information
We may share non-personal information with business associates, event sponsors, and service providers acting for us. If the business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to a successor. We may update this policy by posting a new version. Continued use after posting means you accept the update.

Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies, not this one.
6. Your choices
Limit what your browser or device sends by adjusting its settings. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Opt out of common analytics at Google Analytics, ScorecardResearch, and AdChoices.
7. Protection and retention
We use physical, technical, and administrative measures, including limited employee access and encrypted pages. No method is perfect. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law.
8. California privacy rights
California residents may request, once per calendar year, information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing, under Civil Code 1798.83. Email [email protected] with the subject “Request for California Privacy Information.”
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is for adults. If you are under 13, have a guardian access the Service for you.
