Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Gaming Generations, Inc. (“GG”). If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Please read these Terms of Use before using this site, including pages reached from the homepage or a third-party link. By using the site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may update them; continued use means you accept the changes. A minor must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
Restrictions on materials
Site materials are copyrighted by GG or its licensors unless noted. You may not copy, republish, or distribute them without written consent, except one copy for personal, noncommercial use with notices intact and no modifications.
Intellectual property
Articles, artwork, screenshots, logos, and downloads are owned by GG or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international law. Third-party game trademarks belong to their owners. Do not use site content on another site, in a product, or in a way that confuses customers or disparages GG. Permission requests for GG marks are generally declined.

Payment, returns, and orders
Payments run through a PCI-compliant processor. GG does not store card data. You must be the authorized user of any card you submit. Credits or refunds go back to the original method. Inability to attend an event does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Physical goods tied to registration are picked up in person and are not shipped. Contact [email protected] for payment or registration issues.
Purchases are for personal use. We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing or availability errors, and refund what you paid.
Linking
Links to GG pages need prior written consent. GG is not responsible for third-party sites.
Your obligations and submissions
You must follow applicable law, including rules on defamation, privacy, obscenity, and intellectual property. Do not post unlawful, threatening, or infringing material. Communications you send that are not otherwise protected are treated as non-confidential. You grant GG a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted information.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as available. GG disclaims warranties to the extent allowed by law and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, except where law does not allow that limit.
